Individual Courses
C-Section Course
Education on recovery for your c-section, from the comfort of your home. Ideal for those first 6-8 weeks recovering at home
- Topics include: scar care, post-op education, movement education, rehab exercise tutorials, and bonuses along the way!
The Return to Movement Series
A 4 week program aimed at building you up and returning you to regular movement/fitness. Ideal for postpartum after 6 weeks, or anyone returning post injury or after a period of inactivity.
4 classes a week, combining strength training and clinical pilates based movements.

NovoMoves Online Membership
- Access to the entire NovoMoves library of classes (including movement series!)
- 2 new classes posted each week
- Access to the NovoMoves online community
- Zoom link options for live classes in clinic (when offered)
- Invited to attend weekly run club if local to Langley BC!
- 30 CAD/month —> will be increasing to 40 CAD/month in January 2026
